Build failed with  Error : Failed to generate project files.Please check GenerateProjErrors.log in the additional logs for details. In order to find additional info on the error you need to locate the GenerateProjErrors.log file in the VM of the build environment  RDP the Build env and search for the file under C:\DynamicsSDK\VSOAgent\_work My error was referencing a model that did not exists on the target branch. Hope it will help you too..

Developers Are Lazy, And That's (Usually) A Good Thing So here is one I find very helpful https://github.com/TrudAX/TRUDUtilsD365#form-builder Installation Download all 3 files from the Releases. Unblock .dll and .exe files(via the file Properties). Run InstallToVS.exe(Run as Administrator). It will copy TRUDUtilsD365.dll and TRUDUtilsD365.pdb to the VS AddinExtensions folders. Restart VS
